A further International Kangeiko of Seigokan in Portugal, led by José Santana Shihan (6th Dan), Chief Instructor of Portugal and Europe Seigokan, was held on 9 and 10 March 2013, with the presence of an English Delegation, composed of 7 elements, headed by Richard Marsh Sensei. On the 9th (Saturday), the Seminar took place in the Pavilion of the Basic School of Vale Rosal and on Sunday (10th), in Praia Nova da Caparica, with the presence of 60 karatekas. Another organizational success of Seigokan Europe.
